iPhone App Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of the MusGo iPhone app, its music tools, and optional Apple system features.
1. Scope
These terms apply to MusGo for iPhone. The MusGo website has separate terms. By using the app, you agree to these terms and applicable Apple App Store terms.
2. Music Tools
MusGo provides guitar tools for music practice and reference. Musical results and playback are provided as practical aids. You remain responsible for how you use them and for checking results when accuracy matters.
3. Local Data
The app does not require an account or provide cloud sync with the website. Your settings are local to your device. You are responsible for managing device backups and preserving information you wish to keep.
4. Optional System Features
Focus Mode requires Apple Screen Time permission and compatible system support. Background audio and Live Activities depend on your device, settings, and operating system. You can choose whether to use these features. Do not rely on Focus Mode as a safety or emergency control.
5. App Store Purchases
Any download price is shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. App Store billing, refunds, and redownload rights are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. These terms do not add an in-app subscription or paid feature.
6. Intellectual Property
The app’s software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Licensed fonts and audio assets remain subject to their respective licenses. You may not redistribute app assets except as their licenses permit.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update the app to improve tools, fix issues, or support operating system changes. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Apple Terms and Contact
